A Minimal & Intimate Elopement in Northern Portugal
The day started at the Pousada itself. The preparation was calm and full of meaning — while the bride got her makeup done, she watched her partner gently get their son ready. Every button, every gesture, full of love.
It was that kind of day. Slow, honest, present.
The ceremony setup, curated by Rute from Romã Eventos, had a minimal aesthetic, mixing soft neutral tones with greenery. Somewhere between boho and quiet luxury, it felt timeless and grounded. Nothing over the top. Just enough to let the emotion speak.

After the ceremony and a quiet dinner in the Pousada, we headed into the Gerês mountains for a short walk and a few photos in nature. The wind was soft, the light was golden, and their son laughed the entire time.
